Welcome

Who am I and what I plan to do

My name is Kiaan Alnoor Nagji and I am a student at Jumeirah College in Dubai who wants to make it easier for farmers and small communities to understand different ways of getting small loans. We explain options like group lending, Self-Help Groups with banks, and leasing models, while showing the pros and cons of each. Everything is kept simple and clear, so it's easy to understand and use in real life.

Types of microfinancing models:

- Self-Help Groups (SHGs)
- Group Lending Model
- Asset-Based Microfinancing

Group Lending Model

A group of borrowers take a loan together. If one person can’t pay, the others help—this builds trust and teamwork.

Asset-Based Microfinancing

abc

Instead of giving money, the lender gives tools or equipment (like tractors or pumps) that farmers can use and pay for over time.

Our future plans to expand:

Mobile App Development

I aim to launch a mobile app so farmers can access microfinancing tools and resources on the go, making the platform more user-friendly and accessible than ever.

Farm Mechanization Tools

By expanding our microleasing options, farmers will be able to access tools like tractors and seeders—improving efficiency and reducing labour costs.

Organic Fertiliser Access

We plan to partner with eco-friendly suppliers to offer affordable organic fertilisers, helping farmers boost crop health and soil quality naturally.

Empowering Farmers, One Step at a Time

We believe that knowledge is the first step toward independence. By breaking down complex financial concepts and farming strategies into simple visual guides. We’re helping small-scale farmers access the tools they need to grow-not just crops but confidence.
